Nestled in the center of the unique village of Yellow Springs (and just 20 minutes from Dayton) the Guesthouse is part of a house built in the late 19th century. It includes a living room with a queen sofa-bed, cable TV and WiFi, a bedroom with a queen bed, a study with a desk and chair-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. Depending on sleeping arrangements the Guesthouse can accommodate three to five, with an additional option for more. There is a ramp leading to the front door along with other accessible features. Guests can enjoy the gardens, read a book on the old-fashion front porch, grill on one of the decks, play badminton in the back yard, and relax in our private outdoor hot tub. We supply a selection of coffees and teas, as well as snacks and dry cereals.
The Guesthouse is located two blocks from downtown Yellow Springs, which is full of
